Fantastic opportunity for a Head of BTR to manage the delivery of total operations across a nationwide portfolio of build to rent properties.

My client is one of the UK’s largest build to rent developer and operators with a fantastic reputation in the industry.

They are currently going through a period of growth and are mobilising multiple new sites this year, and multiple more every year over the coming years.

They are now looking for a Head of BTR to take ownership of the delivery of all operational services across the portfolio.

They are looking for someone to refine their existing processes, to create a robust delivery model that will allow them to grow with confidence.

To be considered for this position:

• A minimum of 10 years’ experience delivering operational services into residential buildings
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience managing ops team across multi site BTR portfolios

What’s on offer:

• £100,000 – £120,000 salary (dependant on experience)
• 20% bonus
