My client is looking for an experienced facilities/estates management professional to lead on the delivery of FM services across 2 key contracts in London. My client is a well regarded international facilities management provider, who due to year on year growth over the last 5 years have an opportunity for a Contract Director to join the team.
The Contract Director will be based in London and will be responsible for the delivery of TFM services to 2 contracts in the B&I sector. The total value of the contracts is circa £8M per annum and the services delivered are a suite of hard and soft services.
This position reports to the Regional Director.
Salary/Package:
- £65,000 – £70,000
- £5,000 car/allowance
- Up to 20% discretionary bonus
- Private healthcare
To be considered for this position:
- A minimum of 4 years experience leading FM services delivery on behalf of an FM provider
- At least 6 years experience in estates/facilities management
- Relevant degree or qualification in a technical estates management subject
- Experience working within the B&I/corporate sector.
