My client is looking for a competent Building Manager from a technical background to join their estates’ department. They’re a well-known provider of student accommodation that owns a large portfolio of properties across the U.K.

As Building Manager you will report to the GM on-site and will be required to ensure that all hard services are completed to a satisfactory standard, in a timely manner, and in line with the contract terms agreed with the client.

Salary/Package:

• £40,000 – £50,000
• 23 days annual leave
• 7% contributory pension
• Private healthcare

To be considered for this position:

• A minimum of 2 years demonstrable experience as a Building Manager.
• At least 5 years experience in estates/building management.
• Relevant degree or qualification in a technical estates management subject.
• Experience working in a residential environment.
